DX POLICY

Management Vision and DX Strategy

The management vision, digital-technology-driven business model direction, DX strategy, governance structure, and metrics of Automate & Augment Inc.

Management vision

We aim for a world where AI becomes every businessperson’s “second self” — a world where even a small company without engineers can work with the efficiency of a large enterprise through AI.

For solo and micro-business owners, we design, build, and operate systems that use AI to automate work and grow revenue. As a “translator” between technology and business, we deliver the power of AI in the language of management.

Business model direction (use of digital technology)

Our core business is AI advisory and system development built on digital technologies: large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, and data platforms. Starting from a retained advisory relationship, we deliver proof-of-concept builds, full deployment, and operating licenses end to end — redesigning client business processes around data and digital technology.

We are ourselves an AI-native company: sales, content production, accounting, and customer communication run on AI agents and automation. Validated findings from our own operations become the value we deliver to clients.

DX strategy

Client DX: from workflow discovery to AI adoption priorities, proof-of-concept validation, production implementation, and continuous improvement — including building an internal knowledge Wiki as the foundation for AI use inside each client company.

Internal DX: sales, marketing, production, accounting, and inquiry handling run on AI agents and automated workflows, allowing a one-person company to operate multiple service lines in parallel.

We continuously accumulate internal knowledge assets, procedures, and decision history as structured data that AI systems can reference directly.

Governance

Representative Director Kazuya Hibara leads the strategy as the executive responsible for its execution — planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement — and continuously investigates the latest digital technology developments.

When working with contractors or partners, information is managed under our Information Security Policy.

Metrics for strategy progress

Client outcomes: number of companies supported with AI adoption and automation, reduction in client workload and processing time, and retention of operating engagements.

Internal DX: share of core business processes automated or AI-operated, monthly volume of tasks handled by AI agents, and lead time from PoC to production deployment for new services.

We review these metrics monthly and use them to revise the strategy.

Decision and revisions
