Business details and transaction terms
We provide services for business use through individual proposals and contracts. Sending an inquiry on this website does not complete a paid contract or payment. Please review the proposal, quotation, and contract presented before entering an engagement.

- External AI Strategy Department: JPY 50,000 per month, excluding tax, focused on AI developments, business discussions, direction-setting and reviews. External AI Delivery Department: JPY 300,000 per month, excluding tax, including strategy team support plus development and improvements within an agreed scope. The specific scope is agreed before engagement. Neither plan includes unlimited development or implementation.
- The initial consultation is free: approximately 60 minutes and a concise summary of issues, AI opportunities, and priorities. This offer covers the consultation only; it does not make ongoing strategy support or development free. We review your inquiry before inviting you to a meeting.
- In addition to applicable consumption tax, any required third-party AI, cloud, or software charges, transfer fees, or other costs and the party responsible for them are identified in the individual proposal or quotation.
- Agreed in the individual proposal, quotation, or contract before engagement.
- Start dates, delivery methods, development schedules, and acceptance arrangements are agreed individually according to the scope and readiness of the work.
- The contract specifies the term, whether it renews, and termination procedures and deadlines. Displaying a monthly price does not by itself establish automatic renewal or a minimum term.
- Cancellation and refund conditions, and the treatment of scope changes after work begins, are agreed in the individual proposal or contract before engagement. These terms do not restrict rights under applicable law.
- We explain any required devices, internet connection, or external service accounts for online consultations and system use as part of the engagement.
- No setup fee. A prepaid monthly charge of JPY 20,000 (unused balance carries over to the next month). Calls are billed by connected seconds, estimated at JPY 25/min to landlines and JPY 45/min to mobiles; unanswered calls and voicemail are free. Optional list sourcing: +JPY 5,000/month. These are estimates as of September 25, 2026. Final prices, including tax treatment, will be published here and on the service page when paid plans open.
- Once paid plans open, payment is by credit card online. The monthly charge is prepaid at sign-up and on each monthly renewal date. Paid plans are opening in stages; until then only the free tier is offered and no payment is taken.
- The free tier (plugin install, company learning, script drafting and test calls to your own mobile) is available immediately after sign-up. Paid plans are available immediately after payment once they open. Calling from A&A phone numbers starts after our telecommunications business notification is accepted.
- There is no minimum term. If you ask to cancel via the contact form by the day before the next renewal date, no further charges are made. A paid charge can be used until the end of the month of cancellation. Used call charges and any unused balance are not refunded, except where we could not provide the service for reasons attributable to us. These terms do not restrict rights under applicable law.
- A ChatGPT Plus or higher subscription (OpenAI, charged separately) and a computer that can run ChatGPT (Codex). Terms of use: /ja/legal/terms.
