Information Security Policy
The fundamental information security policy of Automate & Augment Inc.
Automate & Augment Inc. ("we") protects the information assets entrusted to us by our clients and our own information assets from accidents, disasters, crime and other threats through our AI strategy advisory, business automation platforms, and AI product development. We work company-wide on information security under the following policy to live up to the trust of our clients and society.
1. Management responsibility
Under the leadership of our Representative Director as the officer responsible for information security, we pursue continuous, organization-wide improvement of information security.
2. Internal structure
We maintain internal rules covering information classification, access rights, credential management, and the use of external services. The Representative Director operates these rules and reviews them regularly.
3. Officers, employees and contractors
Our officers, employees and contractors acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and follow this policy and our internal rules.
4. Compliance with laws and contracts
We comply with the laws, regulations, standards and contractual obligations that relate to information security, and work to meet our clients’ expectations.
5. Response to violations and incidents
When a legal or contractual violation or an incident related to information security occurs, we respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
