AI-NATIVE GTM Back to the hub

GTM PLAYBOOK

Understand delivery limits before growing sales.

Acceptance and learning for an AI-native service company. Follow one job through human review, exceptions and rework.

YOUR OUTPUT

A delivery acceptance sheet and feedback for the next offer

  1. Agree what completed means

Agree on inputs, deliverables, acceptance and failure handling first. Check accuracy, actual customer use and acceptance independently of the AI’s own rating.

  2. Record human time and exceptions

Record review, corrections, customer explanations and incident handling as well as AI execution. Include direct tool costs when deciding what your current team can take on.

  3. Save learning that changes the next offer

Turn recurring corrections into evaluation examples, missing information into intake fields and misunderstandings into offer terms. Publish customer cases only with permission and measurement context; keep internal prototypes distinct.

DECIDE BEFORE YOU TEST

Set decision criteria before testing.

Keep
Take the next comparable job when quality and deadlines hold and review plus rework stay within the agreed limit.
Adapt
When exceptions recur, revise intake, scope or evaluation examples, then test again.
Stop
Do not increase acquisition while acceptance is unresolved or human review exceeds capacity.

YOUR NEXT SEVEN DAYS

Turn a hypothesis into a buyer test.

Seven days is a suggested first review window. Prepare the offer, then seek a response through a permitted contact route. Set time, spending and delivery limits for your own situation.

WORK ON YOUR BUSINESS

Work through how you sell and deliver.

Tell us what you offer, who you hope will buy and where progress stalls. Your experiment sheet does not need to be finished.

AI advisory covers discussion and direction. Building workflows or software is scoped separately.
